By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that MayTech Recording Studios reserves the right to approve or deny any booking request. All sessions must be paid in full prior to the scheduled time, and cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance or the session fee is forfeited. I accept responsibility for myself and any guests I bring, and agree to treat the studio, equipment, and property with care. I will be held financially liable for any damages caused by misuse or negligence. MayTech Recording Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items, unfinished work due to late arrival, or data loss of project files unless otherwise agreed to in writing. I agree to conduct myself professionally and respectfully on the premises, and understand that violation of studio rules may result in immediate session termination without refund.
